In case of technical problems, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Why am I charged €20 immediately after renting the power bank?
This is only a deposit. In case the power bank is not returned, this amount will be retained from your account. If you return the power bank after use, only the actual usage time will be charged, and you will receive the remaining balance of the €20 back.

How does renting a power bank work?
First, find a suitable station in your area. Scan the QR code at the station, choose a payment method, and take the power bank. After use, you can simply return it at any station.
Do I have to return the power bank to the same station?
No, you can return the power bank at any station.
How long can I keep the power bank?
The rental period is flexible. Billing is based on the time you keep the power bank.
Which devices can I charge with the power bank?
Our power banks are equipped with USB-C, Micro-USB, and Lightning connectors, making them compatible with almost all common smartphones.
Do I need to download an app to rent a power bank?
No, you don’t need to download an app to rent a power bank. It is only used to find all stations within the network.
What happens if the power bank is lost or damaged?
If the power bank is lost or damaged, the initially reserved amount on your account will be fully charged. The power bank then becomes the property of the customer.
How many mAh does the power bank have?
Our power banks have 6000 mAh. The output charging power is 5V and up to 2.0 A.

What station sizes do we offer? (Maximum number of power banks per station)
In general, we adjust the maximum capacity to your needs and customer volume. We offer stations ranging in size from 8 power banks up to 96 power banks per station.
